Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mumu, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Select Items

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return to generate your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
